We offer flexible tuition plans to meet the diverse needs of Helms families depending on your pick-up time needs, as well as drop-in care for those who attend less frequently. Whether your child joins us daily or just occasionally, we’re here to support your schedule and budget.

Monthly Invoicing
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month and are due by the 10th. Please note: we do not pro-rate tuition for partial months.

Safety & Accountability
To ensure every child’s safety, we enforce a strict check-out policy. A $7 per child per incident fee will be added for any violations.

Late pick-ups beyond our 5-minute grace period will incur a $15 per incident fee.
