A fundraising event for ancillary classes, field trips, enrichment activities like Ready to Grow Gardens and more.
Money is raised through live & silent auctions, wish wall donations, socials, and other events.
There are many ways to participate.
- Bid on items, gift certificates, socials and experiences online or in person at the event.
- Donate towards specific needs the school has on the wish wall.
- Donate to help fund the event as well as meet the fundraising goal.
- Host a social, a fun event/party funded and planned by the host(s)! Submit your event here: English or Spanish.
There are many opportunities to volunteer and support this event.
- Solicit donations for sponsorship/underwriting.
- Request auction items from businesses, or Helms families.
- Setup the auction software.
- Decorate the venue on the day of the event.
- Make sure everyone gets their items.
